**Job Summary**
As a Chief, Business Counseling inside the arenaflex association, you will be responsible for driving business change initiatives, extracting insights from electronic clinical records, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll work closely with external vendors, internal teams, and matrixed staff to achieve our business objectives and drive process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide guidance and direction to external vendors, internal teams, and matrixed staff to support ACA IFP Change Change Income Trustworthiness drives
* Drive the extraction of information (coding survey results and clinical record images) from various sources, identifying gaps while ensuring productivity within the cycle
* Serve as business lead for system planning and testing new capabilities, as well as, the evaluation of exercises connected with vendor compromise of coding results and clinical record images and other specialized projects
* Drive change connected with upgrades and system fixes, understanding interdependencies both cycle-wise and timing-wise to achieve business targets
* Utilize your expertise and experience to make insights from the data, reviewing assignments including recording and assessing basic controls
* Conducts occasional updates of scientific schedules and division creation frameworks
* Explores and assesses alternative solutions for addressing business needs
* Supports 1m IFP individuals through firmly managing vendor information quality and practicality, ensuring information is ingested into Team to drive entries, all Group approval errors are worked ideal to guarantee accommodation fulfillment, break down and comprehend advanced recovery to augment results, redo ACA detailing perspectives and effort director information required for everyday tasks work
**Required Capabilities**
* Should have experience with IT application development lifecycles, strategies
* Experience affecting others by transforming information into significant and noteworthy data
* Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and control
* Scrupulousness
* Merchant management insight
* Solid communication skills
* Experience reporting business processes, as well as, suggesting and carrying out process improvements
