**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our economic advantages team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
* Collaborate with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement effective solutions to streamline processes and enhance the overall benefits experience for our associates.
* Develop and maintain relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs) and other external vendors to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement training programs to educate associates on benefits and compliance requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service to associates, managers, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with benefits administration software.
* Familiarity with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations and compliance requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a related field.
* Experience working with third-party administrators (TPAs) and other external vendors.
* Certification in benefits administration, such as CEBS or RHU.
* Experience with benefits administration software, such as ADP or Paychex.
