**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk – Customer Support and Administrative Operations**

We're now seeking an exceptional Full Stack Data Entry Clerk to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving business success. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, from data entry and record-keeping to customer service and support. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, Information access, and Document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs * Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers.
