**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing large-scale data pipelines to drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data modelers, and data architects, to ensure the delivery of high-quality data products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Designs, develops, and operationalizes large-scale data pipelines to make data accessible for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and services.
* Collaborates with data modelers and data architects to design data pipelines and suggests continuous improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and processing.
* Develops and implements ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
* Utilizes Azure services, such as Azure SQL Data Warehouse (ADLS), Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Data Factory, to improve and accelerate the delivery of our data products and services.
* Develops and implements large-scale data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data processing stages to drive high-value insights to the organization.
* Identifies, designs, and implements process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery.
* Identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management.
* Communicates technical ideas to non-technical audiences both written and verbally.
* Performs peer reviews for other data architect's work.
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS.
* 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, such as ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Event Hub, and other big data technologies.
* 2+ years of experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing data integration processes, such as event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), ETL.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Microsoft Azure certifications.
* Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development approaches.
* Familiarity with the retail industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working with SAP integration tools, including SAP BW.
* Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler.
