**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities and Performance Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and optimization. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes and optimize workforce performance
* Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and optimization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders and business stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and field teams
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business operations role, with a focus on workforce optimization and performance improvement
* Proven track record of delivering results-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and optimization
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business operations role, with a focus on workforce optimization and performance improvement
* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer service
* Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes
