As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions

* Develop and maintain data migration processes and procedures
* Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and opportunities proactively
* Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and testing plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
