**Job Description:**
As a Data Analyst in our Workday Data Migrations team, you'll be responsible for:
* Applying your analytical skills and knowledge of business processes, tools, and technologies to solve a wide range of problems
* Collaborating with other Technology team members to provide expert advice and solutions in your area of expertise
* Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in your field and identifying opportunities for process improvement
* Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, options, or approaches to problems
* Estimating the effort and value of solutions and applying business acumen to make informed decisions
* Confirming data accuracy and carefully reviewing and verifying the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work
* Establishing or following prioritization processes to drive work and completing tasks with a focus on continuous progress
* Communicating ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and integration
* Screening program risks, issues, and opportunities proactively, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
* Performing other work duties as directed by your supervisor
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics
* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
* Strong knowledge of technical conditions and software development methodologies
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners
* Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
* Ability to work effectively in a helpdesk or group-oriented environment
* Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/assignments
* Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of satisfaction in all deliverable work; willing to coach others to do the same
* Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with data analysis, business process improvement, and technical project management
* Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
* Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms
