**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing client data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our product development teams to create data-driven dashboards that capture key performance indicators, helping us to optimize our products and services. Your role will involve:
* Collaborating with business and product partners to tackle complex business problems and identify patterns and opportunities
* Applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover insights that drive business decisions
* Defining and assessing key performance metrics for new product launches
* Creating data visualizations to track and measure the impact of product initiatives and business challenges
* Identifying new opportunities to improve key financial metrics, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics
* Leading exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical derivation, and data modeling
* Working with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle accurate data from various sources
* Working effectively cross-functionally and communicating data insights to non-technical stakeholders
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
* 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field
* Strong expertise in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization
* Experience with languages used to control data and extract insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, Presto, etc.)
* Strong storytelling experience with data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
* Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server)
* Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca
* Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems
* Experience handling complex data on cloud platforms (Google Bigquery and Hive)
* Experience with data modeling (E-R) and strong BI concepts
* Fundamental understanding of statistics and AI models
* Related experience in the retail or finance industries
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
* Willingness to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
* Experience with data science, data analysis, statistics, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
