As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement by identifying statistical patterns and performance metrics to enhance the Quality Control division. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions, identify areas for process improvements, and drive business growth. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase a plus. * Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience a plus. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and classified information. * Willingness to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $28/hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including: * Free, unlimited space available travel honors for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel). * Access to the latest technology and tools, including a company-provided computer. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs. * A dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a focus on teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
