**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our content release strategies. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodologies
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
