As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to drive business decisions and shape the future of entertainment. You'll work closely with our team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform our content strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced data analysis techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions * Analyze client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify neglected client needs and untapped content opportunities * Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content launch and episode release process to improve efficiency and effectiveness * Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages * Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS and Google Cloud * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, including Git * Passion for media and entertainment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge data analysis tools and techniques * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data analyst looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
