**Job Description:**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to our vast and complex data sets to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content development team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our content strategy. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will be essential in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content release and episode delivery process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to partners to drive business outcomes
* Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
