As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data frameworks that enable report automation for our Medical Services Quality Improvement program. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with our data science team to design and implement data frameworks that enable report automation for our Medical Services Quality Improvement program * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT scripts using SQL-based tools such as Sky blue Information Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Design and implement data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects * Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses to support business intelligence and reporting needs * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various sources * Perform data profiling and analysis across internal and external data sources * Develop internal tools for automation of data-related tasks * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs **Essential Capabilities** * 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting * Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts * Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Sky blue Information Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field **Preferred Capabilities** * Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification * Experience with healthcare and clinical research concepts * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker * Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data analyst looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply today.
