**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and creating data visualizations to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our operations and business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
* Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements
* Build data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business partners
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth
* Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team
**Essential Qualifications & Skills**
* 2+ years of quantitative experience in forecasting and analytics, with a focus on data analysis and modeling
* Proficient in Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
* Strong understanding of statistical inference and data visualization methodologies
* Excellent SQL skills, with experience in data querying and manipulation
* Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with experience in presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and experience in developing predictive models
* Experience in working with large datasets and developing scalable data solutions
* Certification in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
