**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our operations teams, leadership, and external partners to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive results. Your expertise will be essential in helping us optimize our virtual and contact channels, improve guest satisfaction, and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
* Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations
* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
* Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and external partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
* 2+ years of quantitative experience in forecasting and analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
* Experience with time-series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
* Proficient in Python, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
* Desire to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for data storytelling
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Solid experience in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
* Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience working with data visualization tools
* Excellent SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets
* Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
