**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team of data scientists and business analysts. As a key member of our business intelligence and data science team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
* Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data models to support business needs
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business outcomes
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and business intelligence
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data science tools and technologies, including Python, R, and machine learning algorithms
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
