**Key Responsibilities:**

* Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data models to support business needs

* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics
* Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
* Experience with data analysis software and applications, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, Python, R, or other data analysis software and applications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, and other business intelligence tools
* Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
