About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer Support Specialist with native or near-native Spanish language skills to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions via inbound calls to ensure a positive and efficient experience
- Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
- Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and support
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish – communication level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
- Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we appreciate candidates with:
- Previous customer support experience
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Windows and MS Office
- A strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
