About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support.
- Providing an optimum level of service, with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer.
- Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
