**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as a brand ambassador for arenaflex's luxury stores, providing world-class, high-touch service to all customers
* Being the first point of contact to resolve customer issues across multiple channels in a timely manner, communicating through email, phone, and chat
* Replying to preorder questions about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions via phone, email, and online chat
* Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Demonstrating sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's full range of products and services
* Handling customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, making decisions in consideration of the policies and procedures within the service level agreement
* Ensuring clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices
* Utilizing a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and other technical issues
* Working with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity
* Ability to work a set schedule (scheduled start, stop, breaks, and lunches), including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs
* The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service
* Highly proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers, comfortable working with computers and smartphones, and able to quickly learn how to use new websites and apps
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality
* Experience working with luxury merchandise and brands
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Total Compensation**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,320/year in our lowest geographic market up to $39,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
