We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team at careerzynith. **Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues related to our web and cloud application development services
* Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including technical and client-use case aspects
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value and provide solutions that meet their evolving needs
* Work closely with leadership to drive organizational efficiency and share insights to improve team performance and client satisfaction
* Collaborate with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention
**Key Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models
* Proven track record of impacting clients to improve their experiences
* Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency, possibly from having held roles such as an SME, Mentor, or Leader
* Ability to work independently and adapt to uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing team
* Strong communication and prioritization skills, with a focus on clarity and organization
* Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
* Knowledge of exploring and working with multiple helpdesks (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Salesforce, Twilio)
