**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex customer issues, think proactively, and set follow-up meetings as needed
* Work with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike
* Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and partners across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to foster a customer-driven culture of teamwork

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation
* Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while researching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment
* Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
* Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
* Flexibility to adjust schedule and stay at work past 40 hours as needed by the team
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Technical Requirements:**
* A dedicated workspace with a large enough area to accommodate computer screens and be free from distractions, including any background noise that may impact the customer experience
