**Job Description**
As a remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our services and products
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for customers
* Answer phones and return customer calls
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Attention to detail and accuracy when booking appointments and inputting documentation
* Confirm customer information is correct before booking appointments
* Be professional and have a positive attitude
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 2 years of sales and automotive industry experience (experienced candidates only)
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Positive attitude and customer service skills
* Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior phone or call center experience
* Experience in the automotive industry
* Knowledge of auto glass repair and replacement services
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
