**Position Overview**
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Associate to join our remote support team. As a beginner-friendly role, this position is ideal for individuals who are new to customer support and want to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Use company templates and workflows to respond quickly and accurately
- Escalate advanced issues to specialized support teams

**Compensation & Schedule Information**

- Eligible for promotion to $30–$35/hour after 30 completed shifts and strong QA performance

**Training & Onboarding**
- 2-hour onboarding course covering systems and workflow
- Simulated ticket responses for practice
- First monitored shift with real-time feedback
- Begin live paid shifts within 3–5 days
