Our team values work-life balance, flexibility, and diversity, and we're dedicated to supporting new members in their career development. **Job Summary** We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager to join our Worldwide Public Sector team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the U.S. Space Force to help them achieve their cloud transformation goals, leveraging arenaflex's robust suite of products and services. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey, identifying and accelerating the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption, guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. * Identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, arenaflex partner solutions, arenaflex best practices, and other. * Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other. * Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms. * Work closely with arenaflex account managers, solution architects, and service team subject matter experts to remove obstacles, solve customer problems, and facilitate mission workload transformation. * Interface with partner and cross-functional teams, customer team members, and pre/post sales to drive detailed discussions seeking alignment to deliver cloud adoption and migration strategies with, and on behalf of, the customer. * Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects navigating risks or roadblocks and execute in an ambiguous and changing environment. * Share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal re-use to support the evolution of the arenaflex customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline. **Essential Qualifications** * 8+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience. * Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent. * Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams. * 8+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs in the U.S. Department of Defense (5+ of these years working with the U.S. Space Force) and 3+ years working DoD delivery/post-sales programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification. * Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar. * Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes, and timelines. * Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense compliance frameworks and security requirements, such as NIST and the DoD CC SRG. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work across broad functional teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and accelerate customer value realization throughout the cloud lifecycle. * Knowledge of cloud computing, including cloud services, cloud security, and cloud compliance frameworks. * Experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Space Force, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience. **Work Environment and Company compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic
