**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Utilizing various systems and tools to initiate and assist customers
* Maintaining a working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions
* Making recommendations according to customer needs
* Processing purchases of all products and services
* Handling inquiries related to billing, rate plans, features, and services
* Handling credit checks, service activations, and changes, and receivables management/collections
* Selling all services and products offered by arenaflex
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
* Providing support for products and services offered by arenaflex
* Assisting customers with products and services such as laptop connect services, including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications

**Requirements**
To be successful as a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* At least one year of customer service experience
* Call center experience preferred
* Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred
* Ability to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
* Ability to complete all required training in a virtual environment, including required knowledge checks
* Ability to participate in required security awareness training and testing
* Ability to comply with organizational security and compliance standards and participate in required security monitoring and audits
* Ability to maintain a workspace in alignment with Work From Home standards and participate in workspace audits
* Ability to regularly access performance management tools and review individual performance
* Ability to participate in interaction and communication-related policies, processes, and audits
* Ability to participate in manual and automated remote monitoring policies and practices
* Ability to meet minimum workspace requirements, including verified internet service with upload/download ability and an established dedicated work area
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to sit or stand for long durations (e.g., 8 hours) and engage with customers as dictated by needs of the business
**Basic Qualifications Tests**
Applicants will be expected to pass any assessments or tests associated with the position.
