You will work independently as a contractor, managing your own schedule and workload, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support services through inbound phone calls, chat, and email * Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Maintain a high level of productivity and quality while working independently * Manage your own schedule and workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer service or call center environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Technology and Equipment Requirements** * Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) * Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) * Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication **Work Environment Requirements** * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area * Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal distractions **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
