These components work in harmony to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time, every time. **The Role of an Area Manager at arenaflex** As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: You'll be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment that encourages your team to excel. * **Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises**: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans that meet our business objectives and ensure that our customers receive their orders on time. * **Collaborate with all support teams**: You'll work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans that meet our business objectives. * **Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach**: You'll be required to perform physical tasks that are essential to the role. * **Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts**: You'll be required to stand and walk for extended periods during your shifts. * **Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud**: You'll be working in an environment with varying noise levels, which may be loud at times. * **Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather**: You'll be working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions. * **Continuously climb and descend stairs**: You'll be required to climb and descend stairs frequently, especially in sites with stairs. **Why Join arenaflex?** We offer a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
