**Responsibilities:**
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers across the country
* Troubleshooting basic technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
* Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
* Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers in a clear and concise manner
* Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
