As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to individuals seeking health insurance through our platform. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure seamless enrollment experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret defined procedures and policies
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Adapt to changing projects and updates, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet productivity standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
**Essential Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Self-motivated, success-driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Spanish Bilingual a plus
