**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy**

With a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, inclusivity, and teamwork, arenaflex is the perfect place to take your career to new heights. **Why You'll Love This Job** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit union's daily activities, including check processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving member inquiries, addressing fraud concerns, and maintaining compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws. **Key Responsibilities** * Complete data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate financial records * Coordinate return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations * Deposit check returns, review member draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Preferred Qualifications: + Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or credit union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires * Skills and Competencies: + Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education + Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs + Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team + Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure + Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department + Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members + Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision + Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail + Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks that will enhance your work-life balance and career growth.
