**Job Description:**
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our Client Experience and Achievement group, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their technical experts to ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft solutions and cloud applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Client Relationship Management:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key client partners and technical experts to ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft solutions and cloud applications.
+ Create and execute client success plans in collaboration with the Record Group to achieve client business goals.
+ Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, streamline usage, and drive adoption.
* **Technical Expertise:**
+ Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions and cloud applications, including Azure, Dynamics, and Office 365.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud innovation trends and Microsoft competitors.
+ Collaborate with technical experts to identify and implement cross-cloud innovation solutions.
* **Communication and Collaboration:**
+ Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
+ Lead discussions to achieve client business goals and deliver value to clients.
+ Collaborate with the Record Group to create a common client account plan aligned with client goals.
* **Data Analysis and Interpretation:**
+ Gather and analyze data on client business and Data Innovation goals to identify client needs and guide them to suitable solutions.
+ Use data insights to inform client success plans and drive business outcomes.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Four years of college education in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field AND 2+ years of client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
* Or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* 2+ years of experience working with Record and Delivery groups to create and execute client success plans aligned with client business change drives and industry needs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Microsoft solutions and cloud applications, including Azure, Dynamics, and Office 365.
* Strong understanding of cloud innovation trends and Microsoft competitors.
* Proven track record of delivering client success and driving business outcomes.
