**Schedule and Work Environment**
* Monday thru Saturday
* 8.5 hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
* Work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection
* Dual monitors, headset, and webcam or internal camera required for training and interviews
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Remote Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Establishing customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
* Promoting products and facilitating customer needs to utilize arenaflex's products or services
* Resolving customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
* Recording customer information and maintaining database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
* Ensuring quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards
* Facilitating sales process by communicating/sharing information with internal and external contacts
* Completing and ensuring accurate validation of insurance benefits
* Providing customer follow-up as required
* Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, and ability to track and report progress of sales results
**Requirements**
* Excellent telephone customer service skills
* Computer literate
* Mastery of the English language, both oral and written
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Inside sales experience
* Call Center experience
* Medical industry knowledge beneficial
* Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
**Computer Requirements**
* Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
* Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
* Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
* Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
* Browser: Chrome, Edge
* Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
* Monitors: Dual monitors
* Headset and Webcam or internal camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
