**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart from the rest. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. **Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and concerns
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Essential Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers and/or Satellite)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
