**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, answering questions, and resolving issues related to health insurance enrollment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat
* Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide technical support
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and agility
* Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure certification and compliance
**Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
* Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
* Spanish bilingual a plus
