**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Compensation and Injury Review Specialist**

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team as a remote call center specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have potentially qualified for compensation and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation * Handling a high volume of connections, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying * Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * A competitive spirit – we work as a team, but pay for performance! * A desire to work 40+ hours a week **Essential Qualifications:** * Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work * A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet) * A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with VICI and CRM software * Familiarity with injury review and compensation processes * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience with sales-focused customer service **What We Offer:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive total compensation package, including commissions and bonuses, with a potential total compensation of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) * Health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.
