**Job Summary**
As an Apple Home Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients via phone, email, or chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, provide technical support for Apple products, and educate customers about Apple products, features, and services. You'll also maintain customer records, collaborate with team members to enhance customer service, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
* Provide technical support for Apple products, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Educate customers about Apple products, features, and services, helping them to get the most out of their devices
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information and issue resolution history

**Requirements**
* Proven customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers of all ages and technical backgrounds
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and technical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual customer service environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
* Experience with Apple products and services, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Certification in customer service or a related field
