Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including drive-thru, phone, and in-person interactions
- Take orders, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, including cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and achieve sales goals
- Multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and work a flexible schedule
- Physical demands include kneeling, bending, twisting, or stooping, as well as ascending or descending stairs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive-thru cashier
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Certifications or training in customer service, food safety, or restaurant operations
Skills and Competencies:
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Happy, courteous, and enthusiastic with a passion for delivering great customer service
- Hard working and attentive with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Responsible and dependable with a strong work ethic
