**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to hundreds of customers each week. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and resolve customer issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer profile management
* Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
* Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding of our services
* Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
* Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert-level support to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
* Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
* Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team orientation and customer focus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service or sales experience in a contact center environment
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
* Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
* Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills

**Physical Requirements**
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
