**About the Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our field offices and customers alike. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and resolving billing and customer credit issues. You will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes during peak season, and utilizing gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement.
**Responsibilities**
* Work remotely from your home office, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
* Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February
* Manage the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
* Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
* Reach out to customers with unpaid debt and attempt to collect
* Resolve billing and customer credit issues
* Schedule new termite inspections
* Make outbound welcome calls to new customers
* Use different gamification tools to measure performance

**Qualifications**
* High School/GED
* 1-2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center
* Completion of a Culture Index assessment
* Verification of internet speed
* Ability to pass a computer assessment
* Ability to pass a background and drug screen
**Work from Home Requirements**
* Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
* A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
* Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
