Our mission is to help protect the world where we live, work, and play, and we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our field offices and customers alike. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and resolving billing and customer credit issues.
