**Opportunity Summary**
The digital marketing landscape is rapidly evolving, and businesses are turning to arenaflex to stay ahead of the curve. As a Customer Experience Architect, you'll work closely with our Professional Services pre-sales teams to conduct customer discovery, scope out a roadmap of consulting services, and present your proposal to the customer. This involves maintaining a keen awareness of arenaflex product strategy, consulting offerings, and sales pipeline to find opportunities where arenaflex Consulting can bring significant business value to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate in a fast-paced environment, driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel
* Conduct pre-sales business and technical discovery with customers to understand their needs and challenges
* Problem-solve, build strategies, and create innovative solutions tailored to customer objectives
* Define the solution architecture to integrate arenaflex products together, and with non-arenaflex products
* Help customers understand the phases and sequencing required to launch and adopt arenaflex technology, balancing short-term wins and long-term business transformation
* Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for arenaflex Consulting engagements
* Mitigate risk by identifying critical project dependencies and gaps
* Present proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling way
* Help customers understand arenaflex's diverse capabilities to drive transformation
* Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team's knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral
**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience working in a premier consulting or technology organization
* Passion for solving customer problems and rapidly converting pipeline opportunities into closed deals
* Balance of business and technology skills
* Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner
* Identify business problems and tie proposed solutions to measurable success criteria
* Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to build clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
* Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
* Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written (e.g., PowerPoint presentations)
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time
* Trusted colleague who can collaborate with multiple team members to arrive at the best solution
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience and knowledge with arenaflex Experience Cloud solutions
* Experience and knowledge with Web Analytics or Digital Marketing
* Experience and knowledge with Digital Experience Strategy
* Broad knowledge of common Digital Platform use cases (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, etc.)
* High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing subject areas
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary range: $170,300 - $280,300 annually
* Total target compensation (TTC) for sales roles, including base and commission
* Short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans
* Non-sales roles with base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
