**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Providing accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
* Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
* Processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
