**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring that their travel package needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. You'll work closely with our team to create personalized itineraries, respond to client requests, and provide exceptional support throughout the travel planning process.
**Responsibilities**

* **Respond to Client Requests and Questions**: Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* **Apply for Payments and Send Payment Reminders**: Apply for payments and send payment reminders to clients in a timely and professional manner.
* **Manage Flight Changes and Seat Assignments**: Manage flight changes and seat assignments for clients, ensuring that their travel plans are adjusted accordingly.
* **Concierge-Related Details**: Provide concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, ensuring that their travel experience is exceptional.
* **Correspond with Clients**: Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
* **Prepare Client Documents and Travel Tips**: Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what to print, etc. no later than 3 weeks before departure.
* **Assist with Distributing Information**: Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required.
* **Update Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status**: Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date.
* **Set Schedules and Manage Time**: Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
* **Manage Client Profiles and Bookings**: Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that their travel plans are accurate and up-to-date.
* **Serve as Backup Travel Support**: Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which can occur outside of normal office hours.
* **Continuously Grow and Improve**: Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture.
