**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Clinical Administrator to join our team in California. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you'll be responsible for directing the execution of healthcare management services for assigned regions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the evolving needs of our communities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Carry out clinical strategies and techniques in accordance with relevant regulatory and licensure standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and federal guidelines and regulations as applicable)
* Act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of interventions, issue resolution, and decision-making
* Ensure the execution and monitoring of best practice approaches and innovations to better address the needs of the continuum of care
* May serve as a liaison with other key business areas
* May create/assist in the development and/audit of new training content
* May collaborate/communicate with internal and interdepartmental instructional courses
* Safeguard the privacy of patient data and adhere to organization policies regarding confidentiality
* Oversee resources responsible for identification of individuals, development and execution of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and monitoring, assessing, and recording of care
* Assess and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on interventions to enhance outcomes
* Develop, implement, assess, monitor, and communicate performance expectations
* Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of data system functionality and usability
* Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff involving clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance abilities
* Evaluate developmental needs and collaborate with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams
* Establish a climate and work style that promotes the concept of collaboration, cross-functional integration, and continuum of care feeling that results in strong performance
* Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change efforts
* Establish a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, soliciting feedback, and offering individual support when needed
* Responsible for maintaining consistency with strategies and techniques and executing them at the representative level
* Engage in discussions with Suppliers, Individuals, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may provide support to sales staff and organizational staff through on-site client visits as well as presentations)
**Required Capabilities**
* 3+ years in clinical subject matter
* Should have active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of residence
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Managed government healthcare insight
* Certainty working at home/remote, utilizing tools to practically collaborate and connect with teams
* Training and Certification Requirements
* Graduate degree in social health field; or Enrolled Nurse (BSN preferred)

This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant variables. This position is eligible for a arenaflex reward, commission, or temporary incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
