**Job Summary**
As a 3PX Client Service Expert, you'll play a critical role in analyzing client requests to identify recurring themes and pain points in the client experience, reporting insights to internal stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements. You'll work closely with AWS field merchants and partners, as well as clients, to provide exceptional support and guidance on Private Evaluating Project inquiries, cycle, achievements, and best practices. **Key Responsibilities**
* Learn and apply the fundamentals of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed expert in client service
* Analyze client support data to identify themes and pain points in the client experience and trends in the business
* Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
* Provide business insights to key stakeholders through regular reporting and analysis
* Develop and implement short-term client service solutions while contributing to long-term strategic plans at scale
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for enhanced operational performance
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or a related field)
* 4+ years of direct client support experience, with a proven track record of identifying and documenting patterns to drive measurable outcomes for a complex sales/support organization
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training recommendations
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
* In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering
* Skilled at integrating data with accounts to derive meaningful insights
* Rapidly absorbs complex information independently
* Possesses strong business acumen and resilience; able to work independently through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment to drive results
* Experienced in working successfully with multiple stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in
* Familiarity with working in a highly matrixed organization
