**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Email, chat, and phone customer service experience
* Strong technology skills, including proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems
