**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of the global contact center support business
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve customer experiences
* Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision making
* Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
* Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Python programming language (desired)
* Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desired)

* Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
