**Job Summary**
As a French bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing seamless and positive experiences for our customers across multiple channels, including tickets, phone calls, and live chats. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and issues related to their accounts, functionality concerns, marketplace orders, and product launches. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide voice, chat, and ticket support through a CRM tool to support gamers
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding their accounts and functionality concerns
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding their marketplace orders and product launches
* Provide clear and concise communication to handle escalations
* Resolve issues based on client guidelines, policies, and procedures
* Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
* Utilize Zendesk or other CRM experience to manage customer interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* French/English bilingual with excellent writing and communication skills
* Experience working in T2 gaming and product support
* Experience with a ticketing system, inbound/outbound calls, and chat support
* Ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to show empathy and be apologetic when necessary
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Ability to follow client policies and guidelines while remaining objective
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with CRM tools, such as Zendesk
* Familiarity with the gaming industry and its nuances
* Experience with social media and community management
