**Key Responsibilities**
As a Flemish Customer Service Representative – Audi Brand Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries for Audi's innovative infotainment system in a timely and efficient manner
* Tracking and following cases to ensure they're closed in an efficient and timely manner
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction, representing the Audi brand and its values
* Providing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all partners and showing empathy at all times
* Working towards reaching targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
* Turning every customer into a happy customer through exceptional customer service
* Exchanging ideas and solutions with colleagues to continuously improve customer experiences
* Enjoying your time in Greece and contributing to the company's success
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* Fluency in Flemish
* Very good communication skills in English
* Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
