You'll serve as the first contact for our customers who are reporting claims, handling incoming calls, and accurately processing information into the system for assignment to an adjuster. If you're motivated by providing high-quality customer service and have a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a First Notice of Loss Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Serving as the first contact for our customers who are reporting claims, handling incoming calls, and accurately processing information into the system for assignment to an adjuster. * Providing exceptional customer service to customers who have experienced an auto or property loss, determining appropriate coverage, and completing necessary follow-ups in a timely manner. * Efficiently navigating systems to access appropriate information to service callers. * Performing additional duties within the department, as needed. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Contact Center experience handling inbound calls is a plus. * Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a home high-speed internet connection. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to demonstrate empathy to customers during what may be a stressful time. * Excellent listening skills. * Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously. * Accurate keyboarding skills. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. * High school diploma or GED. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience in the insurance industry. * Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
